rubber mixing is one of the most critical parts of the manufacturing process of rubber. This mixing process is also known as rubber compounding, which combine different raw materials with some additives or agents to create a uniform blended mixture . Through several process,like compounding, mixing, shaping, and vulcanization , this raw rubber finally form a special class of materials characterized by a unique combination of useful properties such as elasticity, flexibility, toughness, and impermeability.

With rubber mixing, you’re ensuring that all ingredients in the rubber material are properly blended to create the homogenous composition.
