The industrial dispersion kneader machine operates on the principle of continuous mixing and kneading raw materials to form uniform compound mixture . A rubber dispersion kneader, basically consist of pneumatic control system, electric control system, tilting mechanism, mixing chamber with rotary blades, main driving system, dust sealing device, thermal resistance, rotor and cooling/heating system. Its mixing chamber consists of a rotor with brake, cycloidal gear reducer, TP type worm and worm gear, etc.it has actuate 140° dumping inclination around the front rotors for easy removal and changing of coloring ingredients.

Can directly added with Crosslinking Agent, which ensure rapid heat dissipation and maintaining a consistent temperature during compounding. Prevent premature temperature rise, which could result in uneven dispersion.
*Special Biting Rotor Design
Special biting design rotor for perfect dispersion result. No need to use 2-Roller open mixer for further mixing
