Description

The industrial dispersion kneader machine operates on the principle of continuous mixing and kneading raw materials to form uniform compound mixture . The rubber mixing equipment effectively reduce the viscosity of rubber compounds and enhance their plasticity , which ensure uniform dispersion of compounds and form uniform compound mixture.

A rubber dispersion kneader, basically consist of pneumatic control system, electric control system, tilting mechanism, mixing chamber with rotary blades, main driving system, dust sealing device, thermal resistance, rotor and cooling/heating system. Its mixing chamber consists of a rotor with brake, cycloidal gear reducer, TP type worm and worm gear, etc.it has actuate 140° dumping inclination around the front rotors for easy removal and changing of coloring ingredients.
