This compact structure Laboratory Ceramic Dispersion kneader is specially designed for mixing ceramic powders and binders .Such as alumina, zirconia, silicon nitride, boron nitride, aluminum oxide, silicon carbide etc. Usually the ceramic kneader is used in ceramic injection molding (CIM) industry.
By adopting advanced coaxial separation technology, with one end face of the rotor as the shaft center, it can be separated, this laboratory ceramic internal mixer has been developed for expensive, high hard zirconia, aluminum oxide easily contaminated compared with traditional Lab internal mixers machine.
The inner cavity of this ceramic dispersion kneader machine is treated with high-end wear-resistant materials, which protect invironment from polluted. When this equipment working its inner rotor suspended in the middle ,which make it convenient to clear colors and change materials on process.
The whole mixing chamber of this laboratory ceramic dispersion kneader can be totally opened and rotors also can be taken off which makes the ceramic kneader easier to clean.Its surface of this chamber is made of wear-resistant layer is dealt with plasma high temperature rapid flame spraying technology to spray a tungsten carbide coating.
